I posted this video about the Amish folks of Eagle Valley in Montana because I think there are some parallels that modern Quakers may identify with. The passion of these people as they talk about their search for spiritual authenticity in the context of their Amish roots and how they are listening to sift out what is authentic and separate it from what is not of Spirit may resonate with Friends. These folks were banned and shunned from their own original Amish community.
