Divest: Helping the powerless to have a place at a politically-bankrupt table; the uneducated to get non-union wage jobs; and the disenfranchised to be assimilated into a culture of spending for the now, rather than saving for the future.

Invest: Deal with the world you're given.

Divest: And with the blessing of God for the poor, as "Blessed are the poor for theirs is the Kingdom"?

Invest: With an investment in the poor as the means to that end.

Divest: An investment for a return - but not to God's Kingdom, rather the hierarchical structures and institutional dominance of society!

Invest: We simply allow the needy to dress for the life that they want, not the one they have.

Divest: No wonder God's authentic servants prefer dress-down days.
