Profile Information

About Me
I discovered Friends at the Univ. of the Pacific in 1961 and in 1968 helped start and then joined Marin Meeting in California. I am now a member of Palo Alto Meeting in Pacific YM.

Each time [7th grade, college, and twice since] I have taken courses that included what it means to be a Christian, they have confirmed for me that I am not one -- at least not by the definitions common among liberal Christian denominations. Right now I'll settle for Post-Christian Non-Theist with a preference for the practices of Conservative Friends. But I am also a storyteller, which leads me into concerns about how we deal with truth, fiction, wisdom, information, and communication.
