- I have farmed, ranched and logged since leaving school, many many moons ago. I am what is termed as an Isolated Friend and attend Meeting when ranching and fuel tank allows. I am Christ centered with family ties to Quakers right back to Herefordshire England in 1670.

Dear Rob,
Thank you for your thoughtful reply. It is a comfort to hear from someone who is called to something similar... I know what you mean by it being funny to live out your faith by doing what you love. I struggle with the concept, knowing that the bible gives examples of so much more obvious and straightforward ways to live out His will. I hope that I will someday come to peace with that.
If I am ever in BC I may seek you out to see if I can visit your ranch, and maybe take a class.
