Jeffrey Hipp joined QuakerQuaker's groupI'm a member of Friends Meeting at Cambridge (Mass.) who now attends Amesbury (Mass) Monthly Meeting. I began worshipping with Friends in 2002 at Austin Friends Meeting. I have, at various times, regularly worshipped at Fresh Pond Friends Meeting, San Antonio Friends Meeting, and Langley Hill Friends Meeting.
I've been active for years in New England Yearly Meeting, and in fall of 2010 began working for NEYM as Communications Director/Office Manager.
I've also been involved in building connections amongst the branches of Friends, having taken part in the World Gathering of Young Friends and several FWCC Section of the Americas gatherings. I believe the spark of Quakerism is not fully present in any one of our branches, but in our gestalt.
I like bicycling, motorcycling, woodworking, dog-walking, farm-walking, and when unprogrammed Friends are moved to vocal prayer. We should really do that more.
