This description was for non-Quakers, too, so pass it on: Come join a unique opportunity to experience and share the Love on Valentine's Day in the manner of Friends (Quakers)! From 6-7pm, we will gather for silent, waiting worship (also called "unprogrammed worship") where all are encouraged to rise and speak out of the silence as led by the motions of the Spirit, Love, and Truth. About Me
I am a student at Earlham School of Religion in Richmond, IN, having been called to ministry after living in NYC for 10 years. Most recently, I was employed as an Addiction Counselor with NYC Health & Hospitals Corp. I'm a member of Brooklyn Monthly Meeting (NYYM). Born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN within the United Methodist Church, my convincement to Quakerism occurred in 2009. In addition to learning and reading about Quakerism, I enjoy travel & camping, the musical and dramatic arts, playing the piano, and officiating marriages as an ordained, interfaith minister.

Illumine us, Jesus, to know your direction

and move with the Spirit where life's breaking in.

The justice and mercy of Your resurrection

empower us to live out God's reign from within.
