David Watson replied to Margaret Banford's discussion 'Quaker monks\nuns...' in the group Convergent Friends
"Without trying to decide to what extent I agree or disagree with it, it is interesting to note that many people tend to view Quakers as living a pseudo-monastic life (at least those of the conservative branch).  Since being…"

Profile Information

About Me
I am currently studying literature at Marshall University, and plan to continue on with these studies after graduation. I am very passionate about the community service group I belong to, and I am an adult volunteer for the BSA.

I attend a small local worship group that is affiliated with the Ohio Yearly Meeting (Conservative). I find the message of Friends very inspiring, and I hope that I am able to help show people the value of the Quaker way of life.
