Within and appreciating British Liberal Quakerism and wider culture, yet seeing that a different view is necessary. My view is opened through friendship with other Friends who are open to the disconcerting Way of/around Jesus.
Things that renew me as a Friend: Waiting worship, Patristic/Orthodox theology, early and quietist Friends, finding other Quakers who understand that wholehearted commitment is the only way to real joy. More worship!
Change is needed.
