What Canst I say at my Meeting's Quaker Quest ?

For 'my' Meeting's Quaker Quest event, I've been asked to speak for 7 MINUTES !!!! on Quaker Spirituality, with some about my own (gag) spiritual journey. I'm sorry to use that phrase. It was what I was asked to do. Now, how on earth or heaven or even hell do I even begin to answer this, without using quaker 'jargon' or get into anything with meat on it, like theology, beliefs or history??? Really.
