Ellis Hein in his latest blog speaks clearly about what is the new and living Foundation to build upon in ourday; that is the Voice of the Living Christ.
Check out Ellis' Blog @ http://nffquaker.org/profiles/blogs/the-new-foundation
Ellis lays out in a clear and unequivocal manner the difference between hearing and obeying the Voice of Christ Jesus, and other voices of our own making.

Jo said… I couldn't find a way into the NFF site so that I could answer your inquiry. I hope it's OK that I'm doing it through this channel.
My interest in NFF is that I want to listen, learn and ask the occasional question.
I am a member of an liberal meeting that does it's best to be supportive of my Christianity, but doesn't quite get it.
I have a deep concern about liberal Friends in the US cutting themselves off from our roots. I feel called to try and nurture that now tenuous connection the true Inward Teacher.
I am on the US mailing list for NFF and Dan Davenport may remember from our time together at Boise Valley Friends meeting some twenty years ago.
You can also look at some of my blog posts on this site.
Thank you for your consideration.

You can also make a one-time donation.
