Steve K. - If you are interested in visiting a Conservative Quaker meeting, there is one in Davidson. I have included the link to the website if you would like to find out more.

Hey Steve,
Welcome. Glad you are interested in Quakers. I think it's exciting when folks like you become a part of the conversation because you bring your own experiences and understandings which help to broaden ours

Glad to have you Steve, a lot of us are big fans. One nice thing about QuakerQuaker is that it's all independent Friends and friends of Friends trying to find God through the static of the modern world. There's no budget, mission statement or focus groups. We have no particular team to push on you or anyone else. There are places where non-Quakers are doing a better job trying to revive primitive Christianity and that's okay. It's the work and faithfulness that's important, not the branding. If you know of local events you think people here would like to know about, please please please add them to the Gathering Events listing.

I'm not Quaker, really. I'm Quaker-interested, though. Hope that's OK.
