Primitive Christianity Revived, Again
Thee might find Keystone Fellowship Meeting of interest. Their meeting is located in Lancaster County. They are a monthly meeting of Ohio Yearly Meeting (conservative). Their clerk is Steve Guyer. The clerk of OYM, Seth Hinshaw, is a member of that meeting. See ohioyearlymeeting.org for the Keystone website.
I believe that there is a worship group in the Philadelphia area as well. I expect thee might learn more of it from Micah Bales.
Middletown Meeting near Philadelphia has some deeply Christian Friends.
I wish thee well.
