Can anyone tell me if this is also in the USA? All I can find on google is in the UK, and I am very interested in learning more about this. Also, how are new groups formed on this site? Could there be a group for EwL? Thanks, peace be upon you.

Thank you for introducing the "Experiment with Light" here at the forum. :-)

I checked out the website yesterday,  did one of the meditations and found the format very helpful.

Cheers,

Susann

I'm so glad to hear hat Susann! Keep us posted here on how it is going.  I struggle with taking the time for meditation.

It's always a struggle, isn't it? Maybe we should start a group commited to fit in one meditation a day, no matter how when or how long, just to remind ourselves to do it? A sort of long-distance meditators' network? What do you think?

Cheers,

Susann

I think that might be good...but I need to wait to start til sometime after Thanksgiving as we will be away visiting family.   I am on Facebook if you would like to connect that way

Sure, I think Thanksgiving might be  a bad time to start an ambitious meditation scheme. :-)

We could do a sort of Advent Calendar challenge, the 24 days leading up to Christmas.

I don't use facebook, but we could start a meditation group here on quaker quaker? Or pm each other with short reports on how we were doing on a  particular day (a typical entry from me might look like this: "Tried hard, but nodded off after 5 minutes." :-) ).

Cheers,

Susann
